Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process within this time frame.

Refund Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit, which can be accessed and utilized at any time in the future, with no expiration.

Conditions for Exchange

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • For damaged, torn, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp, providing photographs and details of the issue.

Process for Exchanges

  2. Return Instructions: We will guide you through the return process, including the return address and any additional information needed.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • For exchanges due to damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense. A new piece will be dispatched once we receive the returned item.
    • For other exchanges, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs.

International Exchanges

For international orders, we are pleased to offer exchanges as well. However, please note the following:

  • All shipping costs related to international exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service to track your return shipment.
